Mildred? Rachel?
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a talker. Imagine the travesty when I lost 100% of my vocal abilites this past weekend due to an unfortunate bout of flu (and wee hours of overstraining the voice, I'll not deny it.) At least you get super sympathy from people you don't know, even though it's after the worst part of your sickness is over. In other news, three out of the five roommates I've had while I've lived in DC are getting or are already married. The statistical significance of this is cannot be ignored. This is how I need to advertise myself! "live with Jen, get married within a year or your rent money back!" I mean, come on, who wouldn't want to live with me?? It's a cultural experience every single day!

at least your mom's not telling you that your voice may never be the same again...when I lost my voice within the first week I was in India, my mom said "I'm sorry to tell you this, dear, but your voice may never be the same again!"
fab glamour shots, asian keng!
don't worry, I'll save my raspy Rasputin vocal references until you come back and we are joyfully, vocally united. Posse rules!
